Murder Inc.'s Ja Rule has stepped forward to speak out on including his past problem with G-Unit head 50 Cent in his new autobiography, Unruly. #Unruly
Rule said he does not have any issues with 50 but explained why he had to include their relationship in the book.
"I'm gonna give y'all the reason why people believe 50,"
Rule said in an interview. "He's buff - he comes up here, he's snarling,
looking tough and sh*t and people fall for the sh*t. People fall for
it. But really, he's 'not' that dude. He's not that dude but people
don't realize that because of his demeanor. ... I'm just talking actual,
factual. He can feel any type of way he wants to, I don't care. ... I'm
not frustrated, I don't give a f*ck about it anymore. But, I wrote a
book about my life, I had to put the story in it. If I don't put it in
the book, are y'all mad at me? I'm just telling the story - I don't care
anymore." ("The Hot 97 Morning Show")
According to recent reports, Rule unloaded on his past feud with 50 and accused him of working with law enforcement.
"When they (the feds) asked him who he thought had shot him, it would make sense that 50 would have said, 'Ja Rule, Irv Gotti
and Murder Inc.,' " writes Ja Rule, referring to a 2000 attack that
left Fitty hospitalized with nine gunshot wounds. 50 Cent later said he
never cooperated with law enforcement, even when they came to him trying
to make a case against Ja Rule's rap-mogul colleagues Irv "Gotti"
Lorenzo and Irv's brother Chris, who were eventually acquitted of
laundering drug money through their label, Murder Inc., in 2005. (NY Daily News)
Rule also detailed a brutal fight he had in 2000 with Curtis Jackson.
"50 tried to swing on me, but I dipped, then I hit him with
the baby Louisville Slugger," says Ja Rule, who came armed with a
baseball bat. "Bam! I dropped the bat. I pulled the shirt over his head.
I started catching him left, right, uppercut." (NY Daily News)
The rap veteran jumped onto his Twitter page last month to lash out at Fif.
"D*mn after all these years I'm still in a n*ggas head
lmao!!! Thanks for the shoutout @50cent
????????????????????????????????????#SummerJam2014," Ja tweeted June 2.
"This n*gga been on my d*ck he love my style!!! (Nas voice) lmfao"
"Ya'll respect the one who got shot??? I respect the shooter!!! N*ggas these days smh #hustlingbackwards lmao..."
"I'm living good I can't loose!!! Lmao..." (Ja Rule's Twitter)
